Does anyone know what skiptracer is?

hi, ive been a skiptracer going on 5 years... does anyone know what it is ? and if you do dont you get frustrated at times because you just cant find the person?

If anyone knows it is you; but in case you want to know what the public thinks, it is a person who searches for those wo have disappeared in order to escape some debt that they have incurred.

It is someone who owes money and skips out.  There are so many ways to find someone these days than in past years.  If you have contact information of friends, family etc. you can trace them somewhat but those who think they are really smart will change their name etc.  They are harder to find but years later they turn up
