Does anyone know what snacks and food are available at Balsom Lake Provincial Park,Ont.Is there any hot food?

I know someone who is going camping (tents) and they would like to know what food or snack items are available at the snack bar.I checked the website but it just says snack bar.I'd appreciate current information. They are going to cook meals and roast marshmallows but they want to know about other choices as well just in case it rains. they will be taking fruit and veggies for some snacks.Thanks.

They could take self-heating MREs with them.  They are complete meals and have heaters that heat them up in 10 minutes.  Taste great include entree, side dish, dessert etc. all in one pack then just take cold snacks along.

Hot food? No way...I doubt it highly. Chips & pop, candy bars, maybe nachos or something.

Doubt they want the smell of cooked food around. Definately nothing that involves having to wash cooking utencils/pots.

Park Store - The Gift Shop located at the entrance to the Lakeshore Campground offers a range park souvenirs. A snack bar is located at the beach. Firewood is available at the Gift Shop and Permit Office
