that washed up on the beach actually is? Has it been determined whether or not it came from Plum Island?

I saw the picture and to be honest with you it looks like a pit bull.  If my dog wasn't right here beside me I would think it was him.

It was a bloated and partially decomposed fighting pit bull.  It's a shame people do that to dogs, especially dogs as nice as pit bulls, but there are some scumbags among us.
