  1. I know that online gambling sites will use phony names in order to charge your account since the law was passed disallowing banks to access funds.  This could be the case.  In any event, it sounds like identity theft.


  2. That is not a Yahoo Group.  You need to contact your credit card company and have it investigated.  I have seen several questions here on Yahoo Answers where the very same thing has happened to other people.
