Does anyone know what the Park House on Eastern and Billman in Las Vegas is used for?

I work across the street from it ...it is this huge mansion looking house but has car ports like an office.

One person I know heard it was an office years ago for some rich guy. It has a beautiful back yard.

It looks more like it used to be a house and is now an office or organization.
