Does anyone know what the american olive branch emblem is called?

I saw it on several u.s. t.v. films etc... and really like the look of it, but can't find it on a search-as i dont know exactly what it is called. It is two olive brances (i think) joint from the bottom and cupping around almost meeting at the top.
