Does anyone know what the best ballad and upbeat song would be to sing for disney channel auditions?

im auditioning for camp rock 2 and i cant decide what song to sing. my voice can pretty much do anything. so give me a guys song even i can just change the pitch and change it up!! =] anything that would soung great!

If u need to sing a disney song i would recomend a high school musical song.

gotta find u, play my music... if you really want a challenge, and you want them to see what you can do, try music of the night from the phantom of the opera. it is the most damed hard song to sing it took me forever to master it and im a girl with high octaves!
