  1. Um yea, it's the middle finger and it's used to signal other drivers when they cut you off or are inconsiderate on the road!


  2. The previous answerer is correct but forgot to mention that the driving finger is only on the left hand closest to the driver's window to make sure the person the driving finger is directed at sees it clearly!
