Does anyone know what the name of this toy is?

I remember playing with them as a little kid, they're the little ball like toys that were made up of stretchy rubberband like strings in tons of colors. Sorry it isn't much information to go by but I saw a kid playing with one today and I cannot for the life of me figure out what they were called.

Koosh balls?  You can still find them in some toy stores.
