Does anyone know what the pre-requisites are for becoming a Le Mans endurance racer?

im not sure what the exact requirements are, but im sure one must have an FIA International C license which pretty much allows you to drive anything in the world from sports cars to formula cars.

Im sure you would have to have a lot of racing experience for a team to be interested. im guessing you would need healthy financial situation too since you would at least have to pay for test dates to "audition" or try out or whatever, for a team.

The one thing that is different in Le Mans than other forms of motorsports like formula 1, is that age doesnt matter as much.  You can be in your 40s and still race Le Mans which is pretty cool.

A driver needs permission and licensing from the Automobile Club de l'Ouest or ACO, not the FIA, to race in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
