It's the health insurance program for children or whoever I think, and I can't find the website.. I tried to google it , but it didn't work. It just gave me alot of pages with suggestions...

Each state runs it's own program.  Search for "Idaho Childrens Health Insurance Program" or whatever your state is.

Google "schip + your state". It is a state program, is part of Medicaid, and as so will vary by state. Also, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid website will have state by state information: http://www.cms.hhs.gov/lowcosthealthinsf...
