  2. LOL good question!! lots of greasy stuff, that's for sure.  I'd say butter, parsley, scallops and garlic.

  3. shallots cooked in butter and wine

  4. It depends. Some have the garlicky butter sauce, some a red wine based sauce, and yet another has "creme fraiche" (closest to heavy whipping cream) and different kinds of pepper, simmered so that it's heavy in texture.
