when you dream with zombies.. :S

i used to dream zombies a lott!!

DON'T WORRY!! YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!

I have the same thing too!! I always have nightmares on zombies and it has really made me freak, I mean when I hear or see something strange I get so paniced I run into my house and lock all the doors. I can't watch any zombie films or I go crazy!!

My advice would be relax before you sleep, hot bath, lavander etc or in the day get active, take a long walk, jog etc this is so your really tired so your mind will shut down stoping the dreams, this is good because when you have a dream your mind is still active.

DON'T eat chocolate or drink sugary drinks as this makes the mind alert and gives you bad dreams.
