Does anyone know what this flower's name is? (photos)?

they are long flowers with little tiny bell shaped flowers all over it... not wild, it was planted. any idea what it is called?

My first guess is it's a huechera of some kind.

No, sorry, it looks like some kind of citrus tree, maybe a type of orange, not sure though.  It sure is beautiful. :)
