    it's probably used by kids...to make them sound cute or something...like slang

    웃유 - please smile

    most likely 웃어요.

  4. 웃유 doesn't exist in the korean language.

    It is said like "oo-shyoo"

  5. Its Russian the hard sound symbol...it means you don't palatalize the preceding consonant-you don't pronounce the "y" sound...  

  6. To my knowledge, it doesn't mean anything. I even asked my mother and she doesn't know either. BUTTT it does sound like a word that means "Oh thats really funny". Maybe it was a misspelling? The language is Korean by the way.
