Does anyone know what this movie is?

okay well its really ...an odd movie....

i belive its about a young man who falls in love with some girl (who was maybe in a circus? or some sort of performing arts thing like that)

and she reaallly likes sunflowers...(or some type of slower)

and he like makes a whole feild of them for her....and hes like standing outside in them and shes all "OMG i love you"

and before that he spent like foreverrr trying to find her

and at one point in the movie he is in this town where no one wears shoes?

and some guy turns into a werewolf randomly(maybe)

sorry i dont have very good descriptions of this movie i dont really know it but i really want to know what its called.....because i did like it.

and she like picks him...
