Does anyone know what this progesterone level tells me?

I have been trying to conceive my third child for a year now. Both of my children (age 3 and 5) were conceived the month after I got off of birth control. Also, I had a miscarriage last June. Anyways, I talked to my gynocologist regarding not being able to conceive another baby when it was so easy with my other two. I suggested to him that I be put on birth control for a couple of months and get off to see if it helps. He agreed. My last period was July 30th. He wanted to take a pregnancy test (blood) and a progesterone level to see if I'm ovulating. The test was done on Day 21 of my cycle. The pregnancy test came out negative and I was told the progesterone test was 1.3. The gyno told me that the Progesterone test would tell him if I ovulated. I got my results from the nurse and am still waiting for the gyno to call. My question is, do you know if I ovulated based on a 1.3 Progesterone level on day 21?

a progesterone level of 1.3 is very low it shows no ovulation occured this month, but not to worry there a meds the doctor can prescribe to induce ovulation it is a minor thing only.

it may be a one off as well he might retest you cos sometimes women can skip ovulation some months
