They used to served it with the portabella chicken skillet at Village Inn restraunt. It looks buttery. I am not sure how to descibe the taste. My mom loved that dish but they discontinued it a year or so ago. Her birthday is coming and I thought it would be a nice suprise to make it for her but I don't know what the sauce was called to research a recipe. Thanks to anyone who helps. I know that my describtion doesnt help much.
