Does anyone know what would cause the idiot sound from the turn signals to stay constant?

I changed the factor turn blinkers from the factory mini buletts to LED Chrome arrows. And now the Idiot signal sound stays constant instead of the normal BEEP BEEP BEEP it should be doing when you put on the L/R turn signal...Does anyone know what might cause this....I even changed them back to the factory lights but the sound stays constant still......
