Does anyone know what you can do if a web site doesnt geliver what you have paid for?

I ordered some Ugg boots from www.australianuggboots.com.au on 14/11/07 for a christmas gift and they havent come. I have tried e mailing 3 times but they dont answer have also tried phoning but get recorded message.They charged my credit card the same day.I live in UK. Has any one any ideas ?.Does Australia have trading standards offices like uk?Any help appreciated.

If you paid by credit card - ring your credite card company and tell them - they will advise and if need be take up any claim/refund against the company.
