Does anyone know what ང་ཁྱེད་རང་ལ་དགའ་པོ་ཡོད means?

my boyfriend sent this to me and I'm not exactly sure what it means but he told me that it was in Tibetan. i tried googeing it and that didn't work.

Syllable by syllable:

Nga = I

khyed rang = you

la = connecting particle

dga' po = like/love

yod = being verb
