Does anyone know whats halfway between cornwall and swindon?

2 weeks ago, i went to a university, for a week, to have a taster of uni life and if i would want to go.

i met some really amazing people, but one person in particular lives 2 and a half hours away, and costs around £55 for a return, and i really dont have alot of money. so i was wondering if anyone knows whats halfway between them both. doesnt have to be exact obviously, but would be a big help if anyone could let me know.

Where in Cornwall? It's a pretty well sized county. Though from the centre of Cornwall to Swindon I'd say your best bet is between Taunton and Exeter.
