  1. its has roti, rice, salad and 2 difrent types of curries and 1 sweet dish

    yummyyy !!!!!

  2. A thali is a selection of different dishes, usually served in small bowls on a round tray. The round tray is generally made with steel with multiple compartments. In North America people sometimes use plastic thalis because they are disposable. Typical dishes include rice, dal, vegetables, chapati, papad, curd (yoghurt), small amounts of chutney or pickle, and a sweet dish to top it.

  3. naan, a salad thing, it looks like daal and more im not sure about.

  4. A north Indian thali is a full meal which contain rice, roti/nan, vegetables, dhal, curd, sweet/ice cream and pickle with may be papad. The dhal is plain one, vegetable is cooked with garam masala, mainly paneer is one item and other with potato/cauliflower. You will not have sambar, rasam, kootu (thoran) which you will find in south Indian thali. The cooking will be without the garam masala in south indian thali.

  5. Nan , plain rice, salad, dal, a curry with paneer or potatos. one bowl seems to have dahi vada or a sweet dish - may be a sago kheer .
