It's not going to be this year. It's scheduled for 2009, but I don't know when in 2009.

didnt even know they had another one planned.  hopefully its as good as the last one, its one of my favorite albums.

Its been delayed for a while i have no idea

It's supposed to be November, but news about it has been very slow.

But Del confirmed in like march that the entire production by Dan the Automator and the cuts by Kid Koala were done and it was just up to him to finish writing and record his vocals to finish the album.
