Disney is supposed to be at the job fair at the Fashion Square Mall on Monday. They're also going to be at other job fairs go to waltdisneyworld.jobs and you can find out where

I called some people I know down there.  Right now they are entering slow season, so only hiring will be done to replace people who leave.  They expect to ramp up park staffing sometime around December in preparation for the spring.

That said, make sure your application is on file anyway, as I mentioned, there may be spot hiring!

Disney is looking for people all the time in both the parks and in reservations.  Call 407-828-1000, that's the Disney Jobline.  Or if you live in the area stop by the Casting Center, right across the street from Downtown Disney.  Hope this helps!
