Does anyone know when and where the America's Sailboat races are held this year?

Alinghi the Swiss boat won the America's cup last year and so the competition finals are normally held in the country that are the holders of the cup, however Switzerland is obviously a land locked country (a country with no borders on the ocean in any places) and so has no ports and no suitable places to race these boats. They had an election amongst some of the European countries, as it was the first time a European country has won the America's cup, this was done in the same sort of way that they elect who shall host the olympics. It was then decided that Valencia's bid to host the race was strongest and most suitable. If Alinghi win again some people believe that the race should again take place in Valencia due to its consistant winds and good quality race conditions, and the success that it has turned out to be, however others think that a new country/destination for the race should be elected to host the race.
