Does anyone know when the ocean in NJ is going to start warming up for us surfers?

the water is still around 60 and its almost August, when is the ocean going to warm up for surfers

We may get an Indian summer this year. In California the water still hasn't warmed up completely.

Not really anyone does, but the next time there is another storm like a big hurricane or sometyhing like that, the water should go up to 70. but we dont know exactly if that is going to happen. ive wondering the same thing and this whole summer might be guarded for wetsuits.

The water is warm enough for surfers. I go out sufing almost everday and I never wear a wetsuit. So you should be fine. But if you want to be picky 2nd week in Aug is normally warm.
