Does anyone know where I can buy Pet Alert decals?

Does anyone know where I can buy a Pet Alert Decal in a store? Or do the Fire stations sell/give them out? I really need to get them and don't want to order them online it takes to long to get. I printed some pictures of them offline and I'm going to use those temporarily. But I would really like to buy them in a store. I've called my local pet stores and they don't sell them either. Which to me sounds really insane. I'm in Ohio if anyone could help that would be great! Thanks
