I am searching for a baby or young chinchilla to buy in Penang, Malaysia. If you have one or know a pet shop where I can buy one please let me know.

Hi Stephen...consider ringing several pet shops there in Penang.  It's likely they may be able to provide information as to who may carry the chins.
