As far as I know, the script is not available, but check the MTI (Music Theatre International) web-cite from time to time.

That is the company where production rights for Steven Schwartz's other shows are, and word is that MTI will get Wicked...when it's ticket money on Broadway slows down.

Then, you can order, for a price, a perusal of the show...
