Does anyone know where I can find a Congo African Grey parrot in Georgia?

I'm planning on owning one in about a month. Anybody know of breeders or rescues or anything located in Georgia? I'm not picky about the age/gender of the bird. I've had plenty of birds in my life but not ready to spend about $2,000 at petsmart where the birds aren't even that healthy. Please anyone? Any advice is appreciated!
