Sounds to me like you want to rip off the system, why not get a straight job. I was a single mom and I worked, what is your problem. People like you prevent people that really need the help from getting it, like when I needed help and could not get it. And don't tell me that is not why you want to work under the table, you are either wanted, tax evasion or welfare fraud.

Housecleaning may be your best bet.  Some restaraunts will do this as well, and it is easy to under-report your tips.  The other options are landscaping and home construction or repair.
