Does anyone know where I can find bags for our candy buffet?

My fiance is really getting in to the candy buffet planning and he's decided he wants to do Halloween trick or treat bags (We're having an October wedding. It's not Halloween themed, but this is so small of a detail I'm not going to fight him over it). I was thinking maybe bags like these

Except with Halloween decorations on them. Does anyone know where I can find these?

try a craft store, they may not have the tin ties on them but you could always glue them on there yourself or you could hole punch a spot in the center of the bag and provide guests with a ribbon, then they can put the ribbon through the hole, fold down the bag and tie the ribbon. or you could just order them from the site.
