Shop online like everyone else. I just received mine from http://www.dirtworks.net  

It is pricey, but S&H was included. There are several other sites on the internet.

I'm not in Atlanta, but I got a sack at the local feedstore.  You can probably look in the yellow pages under "feedstore" and find the one closest to you.
