Does anyone know where I can find instructions for the board game Backwords?

I recently got a board game called Backwords/Sdrowkcab-A Giant Step Backwards In Board Games. I looked for all the pieces when I bought it, but did not realize there were no instructions. So was hopeing someone knew where I could find the instructions online. Or if someone had the game and was willing to send me a scan of the instructions, would be great too.
