Does anyone know where I can find instructions or a pattern on how to make a bracelet like this?

I know it involves the ladder stitch or a square stitch. I'm just a little lost on how to start it. Any help?

Hazeleye is right.  That is not ladder or square stitch.  It is loomwork.  You can buy a small loom suitable for this project at most craft stores.

  Or, you can make your own.  I would suggest buying one because I made one and it's not that simple to get the spring at the top right for the bead spacing.

I do a great deal of beadwork including native american styles and loom work is easily recognized.

That looks like they used an Indian beading loom.  What you can do is buy one of those copy the pattern using graph paper and colored pencils.  It is really easy to do,once you get the hang of it.  Any good craft store should sell the beading loom.
