He's laughing at a story about a guy who was on a train and thought he was stepping into the bathroom, but stepped off the train. It's hilarious!

I have seen it, first on the news, and once on you tube, but have not seen it since.

I would think that it will be on the odd blooper show that gets aired, and is well worth watching.
