  1. The best place to buy any Indian stuff, whether it is clothes or food or anything else, is from Mustaffa.  However, Mustaffa does not sell EVERYTHING form India or Pakistan.  In Serangoon area, behind the Tekkha market, there are many little small shops which sell the similar things also.  But you will be surprised to know that these small shops have so much stuff that Mustaffa does not have.

Spend the Saturday afternoon browsing in these small shops and you will be pleasantly surprised.  But then don't expect wonders.  For all you know, what you want, may not be out for export here yet.

Finally a piece of advice  :  IF YOU DO NEED TO GO SERANGOON (LITTLE INDIA) AREA, DON'T GO ON A SUNDAY AT ALL.  IF NEED GO ON A SATURDAY EVENING.  IF STILL NO CHOICE, AND YOU HAVE TO GO ON A SUNDAY MORNING, THEN GET OUT OF THAT PLACE BY AFTERNOON BEFORE THE CROWD OF LABOURERS FROM INDIA, BANGLADESH & SRI LANKA MINGLE AROUND THERE.  TRUST ME, YOU WILL BE GLAD FOR THIS LITTLE ADVISE.

  2. Little India, Cold Storage, Carrefour or maybe Giant, or you can also try search on 88db for food item supplier that sell the Pakistani food products, but i think only Mustafa ctr has most of the products

  3. Any Indian grocery store!  It's available all over, where are you located.

  4. There are lots of online sources too but they are easily available in any Indian grocery store.
