Does anyone know where I can get a 'vampire tap' used for making an inline connection to thick ethernet cable?

They are sometimes referred to as 'piercing taps'.

They connect to the inner contact of coax cable without making contact to the outer shielding.

Very rare items.  May be able to search for thick net taps and find some used ones on the market.  Haven't seen one for over 4 years and company went to fiber and wireless due to failure with no resources available to purchase.  Good luck on finding some.
