Does anyone know where I can get a Text to Speech engine?

I'm looking for a Text to Speech engine with Microsoft Sam (and preferably Microsoft Mike and Mary along with it) I've been searching for hours and can't find a decent one. I have a Windows XP so compatability shouldn't be a problem I wouldn't think. Does anybody know where I could look?

You can get free text to speech online at YAKiToMe! http://www.yakitome.com. It has MS Sam, plus lots of other free voices, too.
