Does anyone know where I can get a factory amp bypass harness for a 1999 Chevy Tahoe?

Also, any ideas on where the amp itself is located?

My factory amp recently failed and I'd like to just bypass it ... any suggestions on the easiest way to do this with the best connection possible would be HIGHLY appreciated. Thanks!
