Does anyone know where I can get a weather radar system for my local use. How much would it be?

I want one that will cover a couple miles on all sides of my property for storm tracking.

Just get Mycast  5 on your cell phone. I have Mycast on my cell phone and it is very accurate. Whenever storms are close to me, i check the radar on my phone and know how long it will be till gets to my house, or if it even will get to my house. It costs me $2.99 a month. I love the weather and love tracking storms, but you really don't need anything big. Your cell phone will do the trick.

just go into your local news station, ***** slap the weather man, and commindere his work station. that should do it for you.

More than you would want (or be able) to afford.  You would also have to learn how to use it. (More unnecessary expense.)  Plus, it would be unlikely that you could gain local approval for the installation.
