I should imagine Barbes would be a good place to start, if you're feeling particularly wild/lucky, you can venture into some of the arab cafes and there might just be someone there having a big spliff. Otherwise I would recommend the place du Trocadero, usually dealers aren't too hard to spot. The only problem you might find is that you are likely to ask some crack smack dealer for some hash, and best case senario he will laught a you worse case senario you will be found in several suitcases at the gare de lyon in 3 days.

I haven't been to Paris for a while myself but I imagine you would pay about 10 euros per gram of hash, but it would be very lucky if anyone would sell you less than 20 euros worth, be carefull though as Paris, just like London is full of people that are just to happy to bash you up for your money.
