I am making a wedding scrap book for my cousin and am on a budget. Any ideas?

We have Dollar Tree stores here in Michigan that have many of scrap booking supplies.

Dollar shops.  Cheap shops have good quality items.  Why not ask your family/the brides mother for keepsakes, items, photos, and the grooms family too.  Ask family and friends on both sides for some input and you will truly get together something special.  When they know what you are trying to achieve they should be more than willing to help.  Don't forget grandparents and fun stories of their childhood.   Hope this helped.  I love your idea but do your homework and make it special.  :)

Well I live in North Carolina, and we have Hobby Lobby's, were there are basically low cost scrap booking materials everywhere.

I once went in there and they were having a 75% off sale for a month.
