  1. Id say your best bet is to go online and do your shopping that way because rugby is a minority sport you my find that the gear is quite expensive and there will be a poor selection and if you are buying it stick to Canterbury are Adidas for the simple reason and i talk from experience boots the brands like rugbytech wont last you a season however don't buy Canterbury boots they aren't very good for some reason. Try www.rugbystore.co.uk don't know if they deliver to the US and have never used them as there is no need in new zealand.

    Best of luck

  2. Call 1-800-Go-Rugby.

  3. ^^ what rasin said ^^

  4. Come over to Dublin, Ireland and do your shopping here-)

  5. Matt Godek rugby and rugby imports are the best stores to shop. also there are other sites from England and Australia that are very good. Practice jerseys can be bought from the Goodwill or Salvation army. A for brands it all depends. I am know wearing KooGa shorts and they fit really well. For jerseys I would go woth Barbarian or Kooga. As for boots the only thing I have ever wore where the Reeboks. When you call eith Rugby imports or Matt Godek rugby they will help you get in to the best boot for your position and ground type. Have fun playing....

  6. I agree with rasin_01 as well.  We are a new team and have used rugby imports for our kits.  Very reasonable, good quality.  They are having a sale right now.

  7. not sure about stores, i live in ny, but my team usually orders from www.rugbyimports.com.  KooGa makes really good shorts, too...a lot easier to play in than the thick cotton ones,  and they can take a rugby beating without ripping!  ballsoutrugby.com has good stuff too.  also...for good practice jerseys try the salvation army, you can usually find some nice jerseys there.  but for game jerseys i'd go with rugby imports--really, really nice people to work with.  and if you cant find a local rugby store, soccer stores will have most of the stuff you need, usually.  good luck!!!
