Does anyone know where I can get software to activate windows XP?

I own a computer that totally shut down does anyone know where I could get any software to activate Windows XP, I am not the original owner of the laptop so Dell will not send me what I need!!! Someone out there please help!!!!!! Thanks!!!!

download a product key activator which gives you random product keys to try to activate your windows....just use another persons computer and write a bunch down..this is the link to one i think
