Does anyone know where I can get some free Volksplane VP-2 plans?

Apparently they are available for free online but I can find an active link! I am researching building my own plane and would be interested to look at these plans for guidance.

written permission of the designer. Authorized dealers are EAA, PFA, and Aircraft Spruce & Specialty.

I do find it interesting that they have VP-1 plans for sale, but not VP-2 plans.
