Which model of BlackBerry are you trying to update? The OS files are specific for each model, and the link the first poster posted is for the 8100 series. However, there is a later OS file than that available for the Pearl 8100, if that is what you have. You probably want to be looking for OS 4.5 if you have a GSM BlackBerry, as that is the latest OS available.
