Have you checked the local pet stores?  Most large chain stores will carry them.  I live in the US, but I purchased one at Pet Smart.

If you are looking for a horse type of comb try greenhawk. I don't know their exact website, but I am sure you can search it. If you are in Ontario look at the Royal Winter Fair its on until Friday the 10th and they have booths with tack there every year.
