Most sewing machine shops have access to the Brewer catalog -- it's a wholesale catalog of various and sundry sewing machine parts and supplies.  Chances are there's something in there that would fit... or they may even have something that will work in stock.

Go onto the manufacturer's web site - give the model and serial # and ask them to send you one.  Otherwise go to a sewng and vacuum store near you and they can probably tell you how to obtain that particular foot pedal.

Many other foot pedals could connect to your machine as well - look in a thrift store for one.
